Returns and refunds for items can be issued within 7 days of receiving if the item is damaged or faulty. Send emails to kdamannmusic@gmail.com with a clear subject line and images of the item for further instructions.

Shipping costs will be paid by the costumer unless otherwise noted. All products will be shipped within 14 days of purchase unless the item is out of stock. In the event the item will not be restocked, you will be contacted and refunded promptly.
